Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk, Room 200, Municipal Building, 100 East Broadway, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 until 9:45 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024, for furnishing all tools, materials and labor, and performing the work necessary to construct the William Pogue Airport Sanitary Sewer project.
A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, July 24th, 2024, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in the Spring Lake Public Works Building, Engineering Conference Room, 13101 West 46th Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063.
Plans, specifications and contract documents for the construction of said public improvements of said project have been adopted by the City Council of said City and are on file in the office of the City Clerk and the office of the City Engineer of the City of Sand Springs. Copies of the same may be obtained ONLY at the office of City Engineer, Spring Lake Public Works Building, Engineering Conference Room, 13101 West 46th Street, Sand Springs, Oklahoma 74063 phone 918-246-2579 or 918-833-0595 upon payment as follows: which covers the cost of reproduction and will NOT be refunded. The cost for the complete set of plans, specifications and contract documents is $50.00. No documents will be mailed until payment is received in full.
Contract requirements shall include compliance as required by law pertaining to the practice of nondiscrimination in employment.
