Rain or Shine

The City of Sand Springs hopes you will join us on Saturday, April 21, 2018, for the 29th Annual Herbal Affair & Festival. Between 8:00 am and 4:00 p.m., more than 100 vendors will be on-hand selling herbs, perennials, natives and heirlooms plants, along with herbal products, gardening supplies and décor and more.  Live music and great food can also be found to complete this fun-filled Saturday!

Are you an interested NEW vendor or entertainer looking to participate in this year's event?  While the event runs nearly full each year, we invite you to submit a Vendor Interest form (link below), or an Entertainment Interest Form (link below) to be considered.  Note that completing the form DOES NOT secure your participation in the Sand Springs Herbal Affair & Festival, but rather adds you to the list if space becomes available.

For potential new vendors, please know that you must fall into one of these four (4) categories:

Grower/Producer Vendor- farmer/ rancher/gardener that grows/raises 100% of the fruit, vegetable, herb, nut, grain, meat, fiber, dairy, egg, honey, plants and flowers on their own farm.

Prepared Food Vendor- a licensed, prepared food handler who prepares 100% of the food items they sell.

Craft Vendor- a craftsperson who produces 100% of the finished craft items (such as body care, pottery, candles, baskets, garden related items, etc.) they sell.  Direct sales companies such as Amway, Avon, Arbonne, Scentsy, etc. to not meet this criterion.

Food Vendor- Food vendors that prepare and sell food on-site (ex: food trucks)

What began in 1989 as a small downtown street sale has grown to attract over 25,000 people and spurred other communities to host similar events. However, the Sand Springs Herbal Affair & Festival remains the “queen” of herbal festivals as the largest and most respected in the state.
